  • World Book Day 2023

    Thu 02 Mar 2023

The children had great fun at our World Book Day Event.

The parents joined us for fun activities in the classroom.

We also had Laura from Usbourne Books join us for the whole day, the children from Nursery to Year 2 had a fabulous time looking at the books, the children certainly demonstrated a real love for reading, this makes me very proud! The children each wrote a wishlist (some of which were very long, sorry parents!) Parents had the opportunity to buy books from Laura if they so wished. This enables us as a school to get a number of free books for the school. We are very grateful.

  • Boogie Bounce

    Fri 21 Oct 2022 Mrs O'Malley

Boogie Bounce has been rearranged for Tuesday 1st November.

The children (and the staff) loved this the last time they joined us.

Boogie Bounce lead fabulous, energetic disco trampolining sessions.

This is a fun and brilliant way of providing our wonderful children with physical activity that is different to the usual PE curriculum.

  • RIP Queen Elizabeth ll

    Fri 09 Sep 2022

Following the death of the Queen, we have altered our curriculum to signify this sad, historical event. The children are learning about the Queen, her life, her service to our country and beyond. We are also talking to the children about what will happen next.

The death of the Queen is being taught in a sensitive manner at the correct level for our young children.

If you have any questions surrounding this, please see your child's class teacher.

    Sun 04 Sep 2022 Mrs O'Malley

A poem for all of those who are anxious about their little sweetheart starting school.

I promise you we will look after them!
